Our Fix: At Stellar One we offer a 5-Year Price Lock for all new members. After 5 years we do it again. We are working hard to cap the price increase after each 5 years as well.

Problem #2: Talking to salespeople sucks. You shouldn’t have to do it.

Our Fix: At Stellar One we do not have salespeople. Full stop. End of story. No one in our organization has any sort of compensation tied to closing individual customers. Instead, we focus on finding companies who understand the tremendous value that exists in the experience we provide. We allow you as the buyer to try out the platform and our organization for free without talking to anyone (unless you want to).

Problem #3: You should be able to get a complete picture of how an ERP solution and partnership will work before you buy.

Our Fix: Our no-cost, no-obligation implementation is designed to let you try out Acumatica and our team using your data. We use videos, self-guided tours, and meetings with our expert advisors to help you evaluate the entire relationship in a way that makes sense for you.

Problem #4: You should be able to cancel your subscription at any time.

Our Fix: This seems self-explanatory and quite simple, yet it doesn't exist in the rest of the ERP world. It is up to Stellar One to continually provide value to justify you spending time and money with us. If we don't do that, why should you continue to pay us? You shouldn't. Here we let you cancel at any time.

Problem #5: You should never have to pay for ERP implementation.

Our Fix: It doesn't make sense to be paying for two systems as once. It also doesn't make sense for you to have to pay to figure out if this major investment is really going to work for you. With Stellar One you don't even enter payment information until you are ready to go live.

Problem #6: You should never be asked to undertake tasks for which you do not have the capability or expertise.

Our Fix: Our price includes everything you need to deploy and operate your system now and forever (except customization, of course).

Problem #7: Software is not the answer to your problem. It is a tool to help you achieve the right answer.

Our Fix: Our team of dedicated software and business advisors is always available to you to help you get the most out of your ERP experience. Any and all interactions with them are included in your subscription. You will never pay more for the help you get from us.

Our Fix: Unlike most ERP providers, we have spent a lot of time capturing what the best-run companies are doing and know how to deliver that within our platform. Modifying what works really well to match the way that someone else has designed their system doesn't make sense.

Our Fix: We provide one monthly subscription price that includes everything you need from us to be successful at all times. Our support for you doesn't end once you are live. We are committed to being with you on every step of your journey and you won't pay extra for that.

Our Fix: We always work with your team with the goal of achieving your business outcomes. Things start to go poorly when focus shifts to the wrong things. We relentlessly review and adapt to make sure that you get where you are going.

Our Fix: At Stellar One we don't receive any revenue until after you are live. This aligns with when you will be receiving the biggest value out of your ERP investment.
