With 26 years of experience in the world of ERP, Carl Britton Lewis is a well-known advocate for Customer Success through community leadership and educational content creation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Great Lakes Bible College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Central Michigan University and is the author of two editions of the SAP Business One User Guide.
