Derek Hile

Derek has over eight years of experience in the ERP industry, serving as a support specialist, consultant, and presales engineer. Throughout his career, he has helped dozens of companies successfully navigate ERP implementations and optimize their systems post-launch. At Stellar One, Derek focuses on guiding prospective members through the early stages of their buying journey, helping them assess whether Acumatica and Stellar One align with their business goals and operational needs. He also supports the Member Success team, ensuring that current members have everything they need to succeed and keeping the member community engaged through webinars, podcasts, and other educational opportunities. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Vincent College, where he also completed the college's ERP consulting program, a foundation that launched his career in software. Outside of work, he enjoys perfecting his golf swing, cheering on Pittsburgh's sports teams, and spending time with his wife, Annie, and their son, Blaise.
